Fact Sheet

The innovative Cogstate Computerized Cognitive Assessment Tool (CCAT) is a key component of an effective concussion management program -- addressing the growing need for Baseline and After Injury tests.

The Cogstate CCAT records an Athlete's brain function -- attention, working memory, processing speed and accuracy in thinking – through an affordable and quick online test. It allows Parents to collect and store test results, which they can share with their child’s Family Physician, Coach or Athletic Trainer to help determine when, or if, it is safe for the Athlete to return to the classroom or return to play following a concussion.
